It’s spring – with a touch of summer – in Northern Germany and that means wespend most of the day on the street and get everything out of the shed and the basement which is passable.

Bicycles, in-line skates, skate board, Bobby Car etc. … and I am so glad that I do not have the constant debate about helmets, because they are supposedly uncool and embarrassing,because there are now safe and really cool helmets for children, teens and us great, like the one from Nutcase … for the Street, Snow and Water, trendy, colorful, stylish and absolute protective cool.

… it is so so cold and it is already May, I miss ice cream and my Flip Flops, the first cup of coffee – in the morning in the quiet garden, I miss our evenings by the fire and butterflies on the tree, I miss my summer dresses and the smell of sunscreen, I miss kids chalk on the street and laundry on the line …

… this week it will be warmer – Fingers crossed
